Shidah

Shidah has been a yoga enthusiast for more than 10 years. She practices and teaches primarily Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga together with the principles of Anursara Yoga. Apart from that she also enjoys practising Acro Yoga. Her teaching style is made suitable for all levels as she would give options, depending on the students experience level, together with proper alignment and breathing techniques when entering into poses.
