Ping’s yoga journey started when two of her close friends wanted to do some exercise. She followed their foot step and started to learn something new in her life and she quickly falls in love with yoga after a few lessons. After that she has been consistency practicing yoga and her life improves in many aspects both physically and spiritually as well as her lifestyle.
After 5 years of practice, she continues to follow her passion by completing 200 hours of Teacher Training with Lance Schuler in 2010. And she has been continuously upgrading herself by attending yoga workshops.
She is enjoys teaching and has been actively teaching for 3 years and willing to share her yoga experience on and off the mat. Namaste!
