YOTIW offers weekly classes in yoga, pilates, and zumba. We have classes that vary from beginner, intermediate to advanced. Our teachers pour their heart, soul n creativity into a challenging yet nurturing practice. We are a collection of teachers with diverse trainings and backgrounds and invite you to enjoy the individuality of our teaching styles.


Intro to Ashtanga

Ashtanga, which means “eight limbs” in Sanskrit is a fast pace, intense style of yoga. It Is based on ancient yoga teachings. It’s a rigorous style of yoga that follows a specific sequence of postures. Each style links every movement to a breath. Asthanga always performs the exact same poses in the exact same order. This is a hot, sweaty, physically demanding practice.

Hatha Yoga

A set of physical exercises that uses bodily postures or asanas and breathing techniques. Hatha Yoga postures stretch and align body, promoting balance and flexibility. One of the main ones stems from one of the pillars of the Hatha style: breathing. Controlling breath can help improve oxygenation of the body and alleviate stress in some forms. Other elements of Hatha yoga also help with relaxing the body and fighting the stresses of the modern world.

Yoga Basic / Basic Flow

These movements are perfect for beginners who wants to start yoga but don’t have any experience of yoga. It’s a step by step yoga poses instructions and yoga fundamentals.

Gentle Flow

It’s a gentle, soothing flow yoga class for those who want a relaxed session that will help balanced their body and mind Is open to all levels of practice and abilities and is especially great for beginners or those searching for the therapeutic benefits of yoga. This soothing gentle practice focuses on moving slowly into basic yoga poses while using the breath as a tool to remain present and mindful. The slow pace of this of this class allows you to enjoy each pose. Expect lots of stretching and lengthening with a heavy dose of relaxation to wrap up your practice and leave you feeling great.

Vikasa Flow

Vikasa means evolution. Its an integral system of yoga, a philosophy based on tradisional concept of Hatha Yoga adapted for the modern life. Evolution of Yoga approach is based on integrating deep core work with precise alignment, combining active dynamic exercises from different disciplines with static poses from classic Hatha yoga schools.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa which means breath-synchronized movement, tends to be a more vigorous style with a series of poses that will move you through the power of breathing inhaling and exhaling. A Vinyasa Yoga requires some stamina and also incorporating more advance postures with options. Each class is unique and will vary from teacher to teacher. You can always expect a great cardiovascular and strength building workout combined with breath work (pranayama). There are no routine in Vinyasa.

Yoga Inversions / Power Yoga

Definition of “invert” is to “put upside down or in the opposite position, order or arrangement.” In yoga, inversions are sometimes broadly defined as positions in which the heart is higher than the head. Practitioners who spend time upside down report benefits ranging from better sleep, focus and digestion, to seeing the world from a different perspective. Shifting your body’s relationship to gravity may improve various physiological functions, such as lymphatic drainage and the return of blood to the heart. Before embarking on inversions, you’ll want to develop a combination of core and upper body strength as well as hamstring flexibility, so that you can enjoy being upside down without creating stress, strain or injury.

Pilates (Mat Work)

Core strength is the foundation of Pilates exercise. The core muscles are the deep internal muscles of the abdomen and back. When the core muscles are strong and doing their job as they are trained to do in Pilates, they work in tandem the more muscles of the trunk to support the spine and movement.

Boot Camp

It’s a cardio workout that uses weight and theraband. Consist of Burpees, Jumping Jacks, Squats, Lunges, Push ups and other form of exercise that targets your abs, arms, legs and glutes. It’s a total body workout.

Zumba (Loads of fun, Energetic dance moves)

Its a dance fitness workout that is fun and energetic. It includes music with fast and slow rhythms. The music comes from the following dance styles, salsa, merengue, mambo, samba, hip-hop many others.

Tone Up

A group exercise class using dumbbells and thera bands that emphasizes on improving cardio strength, muscle strength, endurance and flexibility needed to achieve the desired body shape thus keeping a healthier, more active lifestyle.

Shape Up

Shape Up is a group body weight exercise training that emphasizes on improving cardio strength, muscle strength, endurance and flexibility needed to achieve the desired body shape thus keeping a healthier, more active lifestyle.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga is a moderate form of yoga done for the joy of stretching stillness of mind while focusing on the breath.
